No cancellation fee, restocking fee, or administrative fee will be charged, and any deposit paid will be refunded in full within ten (10) business days of receipt of your cancellation notice.

• Emergency Exception: This cancellation right does not apply if the work is an immediate emergency repair necessary to protect your personal residential property from imminent hazard or damage.
